    • Work within a well-established territory, build relationships with existing customers, and work with leads to add additional customers.
    • Enjoy the unique opportunity to work in tandem with Distributor Sales Representatives as well as with Stocking Dealers
    • Represent Building Products Manufacturers in B2B Sales Markets
    • Travel throughout your assigned territory, meeting with architects, builders, and lumberyards to cultivate relationships and generate new and repeat customers
    • Develop, coordinate, execute sales strategies, and optimize product lines in targeted markets
    • Resolve product failures and complaints quickly to maximize customer satisfaction
    • Schedule new account visits and product knowledge training sessions to increase sales revenue
    • Attend industry trade shows and build up your network of contacts
    • Track projects and sales life cycles

    Our Ideal Regional Sales Manager:

    • Self-motivated: Must be proactive, responsible, organized, and have a strong work ethic and problem-solving aptitude for managing your schedule.
    • Knowledgeable: Experience within the construction and/or building supply industry preferred.
    • Connected: Established contacts in the building supply industry in PA and NJ regions is helpful.
    • Goal-Driven: Able to build a plan to hit your sales goal. Identify and track the activities that will bring you results.
    • Integrity: Represents our company and values while demonstrating the highest ethical standards in your behavior and personal interactions.
    • Growth Focused: Constantly expanding your knowledge and keeping up with the building industry and supply market trends.
    • Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, and via email.
    • Computer Skills: Comfortable learning & using software, including MS Office products and our CRM.


    What We Offer:

    • Base Salary $95-105k/year plus quarterly incentives
