Job Summary:

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for establishing enduring relationships with an assigned clientele, engaging with key stakeholders and executives, and overseeing District Managers within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and foster long-term relationships
• Assist customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, presentations, and in-person meetings
• Cultivate a trusted advisory rapport with customer account management and decision-makers
• Ensure the timely delivery of NMS solutions as per customer requirements
• Conduct quarterly data reviews with customers, with monthly follow-ups
• Communicate monthly/quarterly KPIs and Goals to the internal NMS team
• Forecast and monitor assigned customer account metrics, including managing the P&L
• Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of new tasks and exploring opportunities to add value

District Managers Management:

• Manage schedules and daily/weekly assignments
• Ensure 100% of available service time is billable through work orders
• Plan, approve, and manage coverage/support of technician time off
• Handle payroll recordkeeping and work order completion accuracy
• Oversee safety compliance management and accident investigation/reporting
• Facilitate hiring and training of new District Managers and Technicians
• Implement and manage inventory controls and ordering processes
• Provide continuous support and training on technology to District Managers and Technicians

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High School or GED Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
• Experience in material handling industry preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Use hands for typing, handling, or feeling
• Walk and reach frequently
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Close vision required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
