Pomp’s is actively searching for a Service Manager to direct our team. This individual will be responsible for working alongside our customers and scheduling their service needs. Do you have a desire to grow within a thriving company? Look no further, many of our Store Managers worked in this role!

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze tire problems and advise solutions
- Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
- Assign tasks to service employees
- Assist with store inventory management
- Assist in Shop to maintain production
- Follow and collect past due accounts
- Ensure service employees are properly trained
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Additional tasks as assigned
- Management and sales experience preferred
- Previous tire experience strongly preferred
- Automotive/mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Ability to read and verify work order information
