    At Squeegee Squad, a leader in high-rise window cleaning, power washing, and caulking services, we are committed to excellence and innovation in both commercial and residential sectors. We are actively seeking a dedicated Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational activities, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction across central Kansas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Oversight: Implement strategic planning and manage the execution of daily operations, including field operations, resource allocation, and process optimization. Foster robust relationships with franchisees, promoting operational excellence.
    • Daily Operational Management: Supervise daily activities to ensure smooth operations. Use tools like the Task Manager sheet in Google Drive for task allocation, tracking, and resource management.
    • Weekly and Monthly Review: Analyze operational performance weekly to identify improvement opportunities. Monthly, perform a detailed review of operational metrics to assess performance against targets and implement action plans derived from these reviews.
    • Quarterly Strategic Planning: Lead the planning and integration of new technologies or methodologies to boost operational efficiency. Focus on enhancing productivity in line with business goals.
    • Team and Customer Relations Management: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of operations staff. Oversee service quality and customer relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Business Coaching and Advocacy: Provide ongoing education about industry advancements and operational techniques. Act as a bridge between franchise owners and corporate, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • An MBA is preferred, but a Bachelor’s degree is acceptable, with at least 5 years of experience in operations or general management within the service industry, preferably with some exposure to window cleaning.
    • Franchising experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
    • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in analyzing operational data.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
    • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Location: Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to the central Kansas area.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base salary starting at $70,000  based on experience, not including potential bonuses.
