Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Lead team management efforts to ensure a productive work environment
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office technologies
- Ability to train programs for staff development
- Excellent schedule management skills with attention to detail
