Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Are you detail-oriented? Are you a strong leader? Do you have experience tracking data and monitoring contracts?  The Office of Coordinated Care & Regional Supports is looking to fill their open role of Regional Support Supervisor.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Monitors the Families First Prevention Services Act plan
    • Tracks evidenced-based services and trained providers around the state
    • Facilitates and coordinates evidenced-based training for contracted providers
    • Tracks QRTP Accreditation for all state contracted residential facilities
    • Assists with contract monitoring for the office
    • Develops and tracks the program's Results-Based Accountability
    • Meets with after school program providers and track services and outcomes
    • Approves clinical services for the probation contract
    • Supervises subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
    Ideal Candidate:
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Ability to observe trends and patterns and develop a plan to address the issue
    • Ability to actively participate in meetings by speaking up to address issues
    • Organizes and manages time and help others to do the same
    • Ability to teach new concepts and ideas
    • Works independently
    • Bachelor's Degree in a social service related field or equivalent experience working within a social service related field
    • 10 years of experience working with state programs
    • 10 years supervisory experience
    • 5 years experience writing and monitoring contracts
    • Experience working with the Families First Prevention Services Act
    • Experience with reporting outcome data

      • Tier 2 Hybrid Retirement System. Employer contributes an amount equal to 10% of your salary between both plans (pension and 401(k))

      • Tier 2 Defined Contribution Plan. Employer contributes an amount equal to 10% of your salary to a 401(k) plan only.  

    • Employer contributions to your 401(k) are vested after four years.

    Paid Time Off:

    • Annual leave and sick leave are accrued at 4 hours per pay period each (4 hours annual, 4 hours sick).

    • Annual leave amounts increase with years of service.

    • We have 12 paid holidays.
