Job DescriptionThe Quality/Regulatory Compliance Director provides leadership and evaluation of all organizational quality and performance improvement activities and regulatory requirements for all applicable regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:Job RequirementsEducation: Registered Nurse (graduate of an accredited nursing program) or Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree Preferred.
Experience: 4 years clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population, previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric setting preferred
Licensure/Certification: Licensure and registration by the Tennessee Board of Nurse Examiners as a registered nurse.
Knowledge: Prefer advanced knowledge of general and psychiatric clinical programming, working concepts and theory, leadership skills, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management.
