    About the role:
    The Compliance/Regulatory Operations team is responsible for assisting retail with all inventory issues and maintaining compliance within the CTS system. Investigating then correcting inventory and quality concerns through the ticketing system and escalating all issues needing to be addressed by Compliance or Retail Management. This position is a task-oriented position that emphasizes customer service and communication. They are also responsible for overseeing and conducting in-person inspections of Nectar-licensed facilities to ensure both internal and regulatory compliance.
     
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Inventory Management and Inventory research/corrections for all retail locations in Metrc and Dutchie
    • Traceability with monitoring live API integrations for multiple licenses 
    • Visiting stores and addressing compliance and inventory issues
    • Standard Operating Procedures - Auditing of products, process, and procedure
    • Proactive Reviews - Prepares for audits by reviewing site and/or license type materials, formulating a plan of action.
    • Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports, providing information to Compliance and Retail Management. 
    • Wastes our unsellable product physically and virtually and within OLCC policy
    • Stay current with all rules and regulations set forth by governing agencies
    • Lead OSHA meetings and maintain OSHA records
    • Provide support to multiple departments as needed, gives compliant guidance
    • All duties as assigned by leadership
     
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in METRC/CTS systems
    • Knowledgeable of OLCC Regulations
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets
    • Excel, word, file management
    • Effective time management
    •  Excellent customer service
    • Willingness to execute repetitive tasks
    • Attention to detail

    Compensation and Benefits:
    Compensation for this role will vary depending on the candidate’s level of experience.
