Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Each CBRS worker will endeavor to empower, promote growth, encourage development, and enhance the life skills of our clients. Noble Intent CBRS workers will educate and support our clients as they work towards achieving their individualized goals, including, but not limited to: basic living skills, coping skills, medication management, finances, socialization in the community, and managing their mental and physical disabilities.
This can be a part-time or full-time position.
