Tiki Pub Fort Myers Beach is seeking Party Directors for our 25-passenger party boat vessel. Tiki Pub is a COI'd motorized vessel that takes customers on 2 hour and 3 hour tours. We are a family friendly, upbeat party experience on the water. We are looking for entertainers who aren't afraid to lead spontaneous dancing and lively activities. Party Directors receive tips and bonuses. Opportunities and incentives for advancement.

Party Directors should have:

• A fun, friendly, outgoing personality (a must)
• Boating and marine experience (preferred)
• Reliability & timeliness
• Ability to pass drug test
• Availability on weekends
• Ability to work well with large groups, be entertaining and able to enforce rules

The responsibilities of our Party Directors are:

• Happily greet and register guests
• Guide guests as they enter and exit the vessel
• BE the entertainment on board, with the assistance of music and games
• Ensure that every guest has a great experience
• Assist the Captain in pointing out dolphins and other wildlife
• Enforce the safety rules during the tour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
