Job Title: Director of Scheduling

Location: Anaheim, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Scheduling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and analyzing project timelines. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Scheduling will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with company leadership to develop and refine project controls and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced scheduling techniques and software tools.

• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules with overall project objectives.

• Analyze project timelines and identify opportunities to optimize scheduling solutions.

• Collaborate with project teams to track, refine, and optimize schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Meet with company leadership to develop and refine project controls and best practices.

• Provide leadership and guidance to scheduling teams.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset and strive for excellence in all aspects of project scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Passion for partnering with others to achieve excellence.

• Extensive experience in CPM scheduling and reporting.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and cost-loaded schedule management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

• Enhanced analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in project management and scheduling.

• Knowledge of construction industry processes and best practices.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.

• Professional certifications in project management are beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per hour
