Our dedication to innovation, quality, and excellence drives our success. We are currently looking for an entry-level Warehouse Associate Manager to help oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and adherence to our high standards.

Position Summary :

The Warehouse Associate Manager is a foundational role within our team, focusing on inventory management, scheduling, and fleet maintenance.

This entry-level position is suited for individuals with relevant experience who are eager to grow their career. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

• manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Help coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and drop-offs to optimize operational workflow.
• Contribute to the management and maintenance of fleet equipment, upholding high standards of reliability and safety.
• Support mechanical maintenance efforts with basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Transport materials to sites located in Utah, Idaho, and surrounding states.
• Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation, using tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, Adobe, and Windows 10.

Requirements :

• A clean driving record, as a prerequisite for insurance and operational responsibilities.
• Experience driving with trailers.
• Ability to pass a drug screening test as part of our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn maintenance tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, and Adobe.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Some relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Interest in telecommunications and a desire to learn industry-specific operations.
