SUMMARY: The Relationship Manager is responsible for being the liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services. A Relationship Manager will manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with our customers. This role will require daily travel within a designated territory. The territory for this role will cover the areas of Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina and Wayne counties. The position provides a base salary plus monthly bonus potential along with a company vehicle, gas card and company credit card.
