Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Relationship Manager - Sales typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Apollon Wealth Management is looking for a driven Relationship Manager to become a valuable member of our team. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently handle incoming calls and manage scheduling for financial advisors, ensuring smooth communication and appointment coordination
    • Maintain and input tasks for multiple financial advisors and provide regular reports on task status
    • Manage various office-related tasks
    • Greet clients and prospects, ensuring a positive initial impression
    • Plan and support client events and seminars
    • Aid in handling LPL Financial and Schwab service requests and client service calls, delivering prompt and efficient assistance to clients
    • Depositing securities and client checks that are received in office
    • Running client review investment reports and financial planning summaries
    • Handling of insurance application process and follow through
    • Maintaining and updating information in Apollon CRM
    • Identify efficiency opportunities

    Minimum Education:

    • Bachelors Degree preferred

    Skills and Experience:

    • 3 years recent industry experience (Required)
    • Self-starter and motivated to learn
    • Familiar and competent in the Windows suite of programs
    • Embraces working on a team
    • Strong communication with clients both verbally and written
    • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
    • Knowledge of custodial platforms (Required)
    • Industry licensing (Not Required)
