What You’ll Do
We are searching for a Release of Information Processor.
Position Purpose:
- Verify valid authorizations for release of records
- Route appropriate requests to copy service staff
- Prepare records for release as requested
- Respond to inquiries/requests promptly
Customer Contact/Relationships:
- This person interacts with a variety of treatment professionals, Oaklawn staff, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Medical terminology training or one-year medical terminology experience preferred.
- Typing experience or training preferred.
