    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS BY LEVEL:

     

    • Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation
    • Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products
    • Provides technical and administrative leadership for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, review of program documentation to assure government standards/requirements are adhered to, and for progress in accordance with schedules
    • Makes recommendations for approval of major system installations
    • Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates and end user representatives
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Leads and directs the work of others and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component
    • Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records
    • Performs a variety of complex tasks related to specialized inspection and testing of project output (hardware and software) to ensure that quality standards are met
    • Carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards and end-user requirements
    • Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities
    • Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
    • ITIL v4
    • IAT Level II Certification

     

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY LEVEL:

    • III: 6 - 9 Years

     

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

     

    This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

    • Sitting for long periods
    • Standing for long periods
    • Ambulate throughout an office
    • Ambulate between several buildings
    • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
    • Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 25 pounds
    • Travel by land or air transportation 15%
