As a Plant Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Production Manager), you'll oversee all operations and performance of the manufacturing site. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing workforce readiness, maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll also be responsible for scheduling and managing a 24-hour chemical production facility, developing safety programs, and maintaining integration of the site into the enterprise's supply chain processes.

• Experience in establishing and maintaining a safe/disciplined manufacturing operations with a focus on delivery quality goods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and payroll software for approval of employee timecards.
