As a Distribution Center Operations Manager (also known as Night Shift Operations Manager), you will direct production activities across multiple departments and processes. This role involves leading and mentoring production Supervisors to achieve overall performance goals for production, cost, quality, and safety. You will also coordinate production activities through planning with departmental Supervisors, Schedulers, HR Managers, and Quality Systems Trainers to ensure that distribution objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Associate Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years’ experience in production leadership or related area.
• Supervisory/Management experience and proficiency in High-level Operations Analysis, Leadership / People Management, Budgeting / Forecasting Experience, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Microsoft Excel, and Project Management.
