Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Change and Release Management plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and coordination of changes and releases within Adobe’s technical environments. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective Change and Release Management strategy aligned to Adobe's objectives. Devise and drive the adoption of effective Adobe-wide frameworks suitable for all products and services. Collaborate with executives, service leaders, and project managers to drive initiatives and ensure alignment with company and technical goals. Establish critical metrics to measure the success and efficiency of the program. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with partners to align with the organization's overall architecture and security policies. Stay informed about new technologies and industry standards. Encourage and facilitate technical innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical partners. Previous leadership roles in Service Management functions, Proven experience in the Change and Release Management space. Previous business partner management experience, including effective ability to influence others. IT governance and compliance experience Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,300 -- $301,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
