We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance of plant equipment and structures to produce the highest quality product at optimum cost and with minimum downtime. This position supervises the overall Maintenance Department and focuses on planning and scheduling, leading root cause analysis (RCA), contract services, and team member development.
