    JOB SUMMARY
    As an Engineering Release Coordinator in Racine, Wisconsin, you will: oversee the Engineering Change Release process while working in a cross-functional environment; ensure that release processes are followed; work with engineering teams to ensure proper change intent interpretation; review and monitor change release status, acting as the central point of contact for engineering releases; recommend process improvements; escalate issues that may affect quality or timing of releases, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred 
    • Experience with managing workflow processes required
    • High-attention to detail and excellent communication skills required
    • Willingness to support supervisory processes, including time-off and timecard approvals, required
    • Understanding of mechanical processes preferred
