Program Manager - Religious Liberty Initiative (Limited Term).

Established in 2020, Notre Dame Law School's Religious Liberty Initiative promotesreligious freedom for people of all faiths through scholarship, events, and the LawSchool's Religious Liberty Clinic.
The Religious Liberty Initiative Program Manager is responsible for planning andmanaging events sponsored by the Religious Liberty Initiative and assisting with thedevelopment and execution of the RLI's public relations efforts. The Program Managerwill report to the Faculty Director for the Religious Liberty Initiative but will also support,as directed, other faculty and staff assigned to the Religious Liberty Initiative.
The Program Manager organizes and manages all details related to RLI events,including the Notre Dame Law School Religious Liberty Summit, an annual gathering of the foremost thought leaders on religious liberty. RLI's events, including the Summit, are designed to stimulate engaging conversations between scholars, advocates, and religious leaders about the future of religious liberty in the United States and around the world. The Program Manager's duties include working in coordination with the RLI Director to develop short- and long-term programming priorities; planning and managingevent logistics, fielding inquiries, and coordinating with presenters, participants, andguests; managing budgets and financial issues for RLI events and other activities; and tracking success of RLI events.
The Program Manager also is responsible for fostering relationships inside and outside the University and interacts with and helps grow RLI networks and coalitions, including its Advisory Board. The Program Manager's duties include helping draft materials for distribution to these groups and helping identify and build new strategic partnerships.

This position is a 3-year limited term position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years relevant professional experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to communicate and interact with diverse constituencies
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with issues pertaining to religious liberty
- Experience planning and organizing academic conferences
