        • Associate’s degree in nursing with a minimum of 4 years experience in area of specialty accepted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
        • Current CPR Healthcare Course C Instructor certification (or ability to obtain it)
        • ACLS or PALS instructor certification (or ability to obtain it) as appropriate to assigned units
      • Nursing experience required; hospital experience preferred.
      • Acute patient care and teaching experience preferred.
      • Flexible in work schedule, assignments, workloads, setting priorities and utilizing problem solving techniques.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to assess learning needs of healthcare personnel.
      • Ability to conduct educational programs for a wide range of healthcare personnel.
      • Ability to plan educational programs based on objectives and evaluate effectiveness.
      • Ability to utilize a variety of office, educational, and clinical equipment.
