Responsibilities- Be able to maintain rental fleet
- Keep all vehicles in working order
- Make sure all rental vehicles are full on gas and have been cleaned
- Provide great customer service when providing a rental vehicle and agreement to customer
- Maintain an up to date inventory of current rentals in a secure location
- File insurance claims and follow them through to completion
- Be able to keep proper paperwork together and organize to ensure delivery of proper payments
Qualifications
- 2 years experience required
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual a plus
