MKR Rental Operations Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities : Knowledgeable with the residential properties available for rent and the terms of the company's rental agreement with the homeowners.
Accept reservations of rental properties maximizing revenue for the homeowner and the company. Respond to all rental inquires from company website, external advertising and referrals.
Assist with producing drafts of rental agreements and confirmations for review and approval by Resort Services Managers.
Must be efficient in personal computer programs used by the resort and the company. Hawaii Real Estate License preferred.
