Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) oversees all activities of a residence hall. Oversees the maintenance and renovation, purchase and inventory of supplies, assignment of rooms and summer housing, and housekeeping functions. Being a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) is responsible for student housing assignment, maintenance of facilities, and safety of residents. Ensures students follow college/university conduct policies and takes appropriate disciplinary actions when rules are broken. Additionally, Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) room and board in the residence hall is included in the terms of employment. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Res. Hall Manager (Incl. Room, Board) supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Res. Hall Manager (Incl. We are searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee our Operating Rooms and Endoscopy Unit. Cheshire Medical Center features 5 up-to-date operating room suites with a sixth in the Labor and Delivery department. Our surgical team cares for a diverse population of both inpatients and outpatients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, invasive, and other special procedures, including patients of all ages, from infant to geriatric.
