**Job Description:**

As an Education Manager at Squiggle Room Early Learning Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and creating a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Curriculum Development:** Design and implement curriculum plans inspired by the Emilia Reggio philosophy and HighScope principles, ensuring a holistic approach to early childhood education.

- **Teacher Training:** Provide guidance and support to our teaching staff, promoting best practices in line with our educational philosophy.

- **Child Assessment:** Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, using observations and documentation to guide personalized learning experiences.

- **Parent Collaboration:** Foster strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's educational journey and involving them in the learning process.

- **Classroom Management:** Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education, implementing innovative approaches to enhance our program continually.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

- A deep understanding of the Emilia Reggio philosophy and HighScope curriculum.

- Previous experience in a leadership role in an early childhood education setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
