Background:
Superior graphite novel technology is a gamechanger in the emerging EV industry. In order to meet the massive increasing demand for LiB anode raw materials produced in the western world, Superior Graphite is initiating a new plant erection inside our Hopkinsville Kentucky plant complex.
Superior Graphite has been flexible to leverage existing proprietary technology in order to meet the accelerating demand for EV’s and energy storage in North American and European markets. Superior Graphite R&D developed a novel product to produce state of the art Anode Active Material (AAM). R&D’s integral role in the development of AAM; and continuous research into this novel product will be a huge component of this position. Other aspects of this work will involve the design and realization of new and modified pilot scale process equipment; process improvement/automation and maintenance; execution, support and supervision of process trials on pilot and production scale; project manager for R&D projects; support of operations in process technology problems, etc.

The plant utilizes high levels of electricity and individuals have to be safety minded in all activities. The work environment is dusty.
