Description:
The Manager, Leadership Research & Development will join the Leadership and Organizational Development department to fulfill research, evaluation, data analysis and curriculum development needs within these areas of work: Family Engagement, Unified Leadership, Athlete Leadership, and Strategic Operations. This position will also be a thought leader, providing insight, solutions, and ideas in research and evaluation discussions, as well as work collaboratively with many teams across Special Olympics International. The Manager will combine skills of research, data evaluation, communication, thought leadership and resource development to ensure successful delivery of partner and funder commitments.
