1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree (Master’s) and/or PMP certification preferred.
2. Proven experience (3 years) in project management, preferably in an R&D or innovation setting.
3. Strong understanding of product development life cycle, research & development processes (preferred from Plastic Industries), and project management methodologies.
4. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
