The Keyser team is looking to bring on a full-time research assistant. The research assistant position will work directly with our team of business development specialists and commercial real estate brokers to complete a range of research projects and assist in expanding our research practices.

To be successful within the Keyser culture, the ideal candidate will need to be a team player, have a willingness and hunger to learn, be able to take direction and excel at the research requested for the subject matter, and most importantly, have a positive attitude. The team collaborates on projects regularly and there is plenty of opportunity for career growth within Keyser.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering building, lease, and sales data
• Entering building information and uploading flyers into internal company databases
• Researching and qualifying lists for lead generation
• Various office duties to include copying, scanning and electronic filing.

Requirements:

• Preferably have some experience with research platforms (Costar, Loopnet, SitesUSA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel is a must)
• Must be attentive to details and deadline driven
• Must be organized
• Must be comfortable multitasking
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (experience in research in place of is possible)
• 3-5 years of experience in a research role required
• Salesforce knowledge a huge plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: Starting at $37,000 - $42,000 DOE
• Location: Entrada Building – McDowell and Scottsdale
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5
• Time Off: Gracious paid time off plan
