    Job Summary


    Our On-Site Group is looking to add an Area Manager to oversee all activities in-and-around the plant and various departments. Our On-Site Group leverages embedded, subject matter experts who work in tandem with client team members while working onsite and serving in the best interests of our client. This model provides our clients with an on-site industry-expert who will create synergies with your key stakeholders while partnering with internal resources to move the project forward.



    What You'll Do:


    • Ensure that all appropriate safety policies and procedures are in full compliance.
    • Set priorities with maintenance supervision on daily and long-term basis.
    • Responsible for the development and the management of the area budget.
    • This position does not have direct supervision of the hourly workforce; however, will be involved in performance management of the hourly workforce.
    • Responsible for training and qualifying area personnel assigned to the equipment.
    • Main contact for any/all engineering, maintenance, process control, and technical service projects in the area, including successful completion of capital improvement projects.
    • Responsible to take a leading role in annual maintenance outages.
    • This position supports weekend duty rotation for the Utilities area.

    Your Background Should Include:

    • BS in chemical, mechanical or related discipline.
    • At least three years of experience in an industrial facility.
    • At least two years of experience as a front-line supervisor in an industrial work setting.
    • Industrial experience with water/wastewater treatment, and boiler or turbine operation is preferred.
