Additional Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot process and operations issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
Oversee the validation and qualification of new equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products.
Provide regular engineering updates to Board of Directors.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree (engineering preferred).
5 years leading an engineering department, 5-10 years in engineering project management, and 3-7 years in food processing plant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD.
Strong technical aptitude, established leadership, problem-solving skills, and adept goal setting.
Excellent time management and communication abilities, capable of leading teams effectively.
Extensive background in food, beverage, and CPG manufacturing.
Thorough knowledge of OSHA, USDA requirements, system controls, sensors for manufacturing, construction trades, and project management.
Proven leadership experience with a proactive and positive attitude.
This role demands a skilled Engineering Manager capable of steering capital projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a proactive and positive team environment.
