- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the care team
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or memory care needs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
- Understanding of resident rights and commitment to upholding them
- Experience in dementia care or memory care is a plus
