Resident Care Coordinator coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the care of residents in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar facility. Schedules and trains care staff, and ensures that clinical services are delivered in accordance with regulations and professional standards. Being a Resident Care Coordinator communicates with families and medical professionals as needed, and ensures care plans for residents are properly documented and updated. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Resident Care Coordinator may require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Resident Care Coordinator supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Resident Care Coordinator typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Summary:
As a Resident Coordinator you will have two primary responsibilities. First is to upkeep dorm appearances (cleaning public areas inside and outside of dorms), prepare rooms, provide linen. Second will be to establish a positive, professional working relationship with all residents and strive to create and maintain a sense of ownership and community within the dorm they supervise.

Season Dates: May-November
Pay: $17.25/hr.
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (include split shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays)
