**Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate Resident Aide to join our team in providing care and support to residents in a senior living facility. **Duties:** - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs as needed - Support residents with memory care and dementia care needs - Implement behavior management techniques in accordance with resident rights - Provide direct support to residents with developmental disabilities - Assist in lifting and transferring residents when necessary **Skills:** - Experience in senior care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of memory care and dementia care practices - Ability to manage resident behaviors effectively - Proficiency in taking vital signs accurately - Valid driver's license for transportation needs - Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and their families Join our team as a Resident Aide to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
