Residential Care Facility Construction Director jobs in Charleston, WV

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Perform various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Conduct construction painting and finishing tasks
- Assist with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation

Skills:
- Experience with construction painting and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of power tools and their proper usage
- Assist in trim carpentry, including installing baseboards, crown molding, etc.
- Assist with frame carpentry in building structures
- Assist to install cabinets according to specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,960.00 - $33,280.00 per year

• trim carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
• framing carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
• deck building: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fayetteville, WV: Relocate before starting work (Required)
