We are currently seeking Part Time availability, approximately 20-30 hours per week with a wide variety of shift times and positions offered! Weekends and holidays are required.
This individual will follow the organization’s mission, vision, and value statements. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to pets while their owners are away. This includes feeding, exercising, cleaning, and ensuring the overall well-being of the animals in our care. You will be working alongside each department's staff to assist in the treatment, identification, and placement of all animals within the facility. The successful candidate must have basic animal handling skills and the ability to read basic animal behavior with the capability to progressively improve within these areas with additional required completion of training to be provided . They will monitor animal behaviors, including eating, drinking and elimination patterns, to identify problems and notify the appropriate staff as needed.
