• (1)Job Performance Reporting: Ballers and Busters
• (2)Correcting QB coding issues
• Bi-Weekly Review of Invoices for Payment
• Review AWA report supplied by Accounting for coding allocation
• Review Client Experience report supplied by Accounting
• Account for all Vendor Chargebacks
• Job scrub at job completion with Accounting, Superintendent, and Designer
• Vendor Performance
• Establish vendor's pricing templates
• Identify pricing trends
• Review Vendors with Field, Design, and Accounting in regards to quality, schedule, bid process, and billing on a predetermined schedule
• Estimating/Bid Process
• New Model Plans
• Existing Models Plans for Repricing at the appropriate time
• Potential Clients Plans Any Plan changes during the build by Design, Client or Superintendent
• Proposal
• Creating Original Budget Proposals using Pre Construction Worksheet supplied by Design Build Manager
• Revisions to Proposals as needed
• Monitor progress on Starts Sheet
• Contract
• Create Original Contract for Design Build Manager to supply to Client
• Revise Contract as needed
• Verify Final Contract including Options are reflected in the Budgets
• Monitor progress on Starts Sheet
• Plan Management
• Pre-Con meeting to review contract and plans with Field and Designer
• Manage any Minor Architectural changes throughout the process in regard to Pricing
• Purchase Orders
• Issue purchase order info to Accounting for creation by phase
• Cross purchases off PO board for company review
• Respond weekly to Superintendent's Needs emails
• Discuss any specific Vendor if necessary (i.e. painters) with Superintendents
• Site Prep
• Monitor Job against Allowance by Accounting supplied report
• Create Change order in Builder Trend (do not release) for Operations Manager to get approval from the Client
• Reminding Operations Manager weekly Site Prep not Client Approved
• Once Operation Manager gets Client approval, release in BuilderTrend
• Change Orders
• Create Change order in Builder Trend (as necessary) for Site Prep, Plan Changes, etc
• Superintendent Interaction
• Supply Rough Opening of Exterior Doors and Windows
• Electrical Walks if applicable
• Jobsite walks as needed
• PO questions/clarity
• Change Order questions/clarity
• Attend Company Walk
• Design Interaction
• Electrical Walks if applicable
• Determine pricing for Trim Budget Breakdown Sheet with Design
• Jobsite walks as needed

• Enter the approved ARB/DRB plan and Quote on Buildertrend
• Send finalized quote for Purchase Order to Accounting
• Purchase order will be issued to the Landscape subcontractor
