Essential Functions

• Tracks submittals and keeps submittal logs
• Tracks correspondence with clients, design team, and subcontractors
• Initiates, processes, and tracks subcontracts
• Assists Project Engineers with purchase orders, change orders and billing
• Codes all invoices
• Assists Project Engineers with monthly pay apps
• Assists Superintendents with safety logs
• Track all material purchases
• Orders supplies for the jobsite office
• Track various different email correspondence and prepare responses
• Assist Project Managers with meetings, schedules, letters, documents, contracts, invoices, and other paperwork as needed.
• Assist and prepare construction documents and track all the written and oral communication on the construction job.
• Handle all inquires from subcontractors, vendors, owners, design team

Experience and Education

• Over 2 years of administration experience
• Experience working in a construction company and specifically on a job site
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Successful multi-tasker
• Positive attitude
• Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills
• High school diploma is required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
