Responsibilities:
1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
2. Monitor and respond to residents' needs during the night, providing assistance as required.
3. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
4. Perform routine checks on residents to ensure their well-being and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
5. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
6. Foster positive and meaningful interactions with residents, promoting a sense of community.
7. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility, including safety protocols.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
2. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. (will provide training opportunity)
3. Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with composure.
4. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in the well-being of others.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
