Monitor, role play and assist consumers in performance of activities and daily living skills in accordance with goals and problem area identified on ISP. Maintain consumers and program notes in Therap app. Monitor and conduct administration of medications. Transport consumers to and from appointments and activities.
Training will be done at facility - First Aid CPR, Med Admin, NCI, Health Care Registry, Background Check, TB skin test, Core Competencies Training
