What you’ll do as a Clinical Medical Director:
* Provide pet parents a positive and supportive experience to ensure they know their furry friends are being taken care of
* Lead the Medical Operations of a designated clinic and act as the Lead DVM on the clinic’s floor
* Support the development of our medical procedures and standards of care across the network
* Act as the Lead DVM on the clinic’s floor
* Actively participate in hiring and training of new team members
* Mentor, coach and empower the clinic team to deliver the best care possible to our pets and their parents
* Experience a diverse caseload ranging from GP to Urgent Care patients

Who you are:
* You have a DVM / VMD degree with a Colorado state veterinary license in good standing
* You have at least 5 years of experience in general medicine and / or surgery
* You have successfully led veterinary teams in the past

* You are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously including delegation, prioritization, and taking responsibility
