Job Description:
Rockwell Care Services is looking for a dynamic Assistant House Manager to assist the House Manager in overseeing operations at one of our Pocatello residential homes. This is a full time position (40 hours a week) taking care of disabled clients in a private residence, and assisting in the care and shift coverage in the home. This full-time position and requires flexibility in work schedule, and required to be on-call at times. Competition wages and great work environment! The regular work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 4 pm-12 am.
The Assistant House Manager will support the House Manager both in caring for the client and in precise completion of documentation and supervision of other staff working in the home. The ideal candidate should have strong initiative, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to be creative, while managing multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be able to maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
