The Activities Supervisor is responsible for the creation and execution of a therapeutic activities program for the geriatric residents.
This program must be designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident, to help build their functional abilities.
Develops and provides individual, group, and bedside activities for residents that reflect the needs / interests of residents.
Activities may take place in a variety of locations, and will include special and seasonal events.
Medical Records Clerk is responsible for the record keeping procedures and storage of all clinical records in a manner consistent with facility policies and procedures along with laws and regulations
