Job Summary:
The Single-Family Residential Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling & coordination of Electrical work, installation and completion for new construction single family homes in the Indianapolis area.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling & coordination of Electrical work for Single Family Homes
• Maintains and operates company scheduling software
• Monitors Builders sites
• Completes administration tasks of:
o Processing electrical permits
o Process & requests electrical inspections
o Processing 811 dig requests
• Coordinates with Single Family Supervisor to:
o Coordinate/meet construction/builder schedules/guidelines & expectations.
o Maintain & meet project schedules & time lines
o Resolve conflicts & challenges with builder, field/project manpower
o Evaluate/determine & allocate manpower/workforce & scheduling needs
o Process needed RFI’s & RFQ
o Assure all daily inspections are being performed and recorded correctly to meet quality expectations/guidelines.
o Assure all daily paperwork, software platform updates are being completed per company guidelines
• Coordinates & works with field/office/pre-construction team and drawing department to maintain/update/correct field drawings
• Attends weekly office production meetings
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Implement training processes and best practices that add value and improve business performance
• Maintain personal knowledge on NEC Code & installed products
• Work with training team to design and implement new training programs and revise old programs
• Ensure and maintain safe projects to meet company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write.
• Must have skill level to interpret blueprints/drawings and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
• Must possess the ability to learn and teach the Company and customer project management systems.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience or related role.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project).
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices in the single-family home arena.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the Electrical construction
industry.
• Possess good knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their application.
• General knowledge of Electrical Construction process
