About the Assisted Living Supervisor Position
In this unique human services position, you will be responsible for the day to day oversight, supervision, and accountability for your designated program, The Assisted Living Supervisor will support quality service delivery in accordance with federal and state regulations and the organizations policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly, DOQ
Schedule: Full time 40 hours, flexible schedule based on site needs
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in case management
· Person-Centered Thinking training
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree (Human Services related field preferred)
- Licensed Assistant Living Director (LALD) in Minnesota preferred
· 3 years' experience delivering direct care services to people with developmental or intellectual disabilities
· Supervisory and training experience
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
· Ability to complete a Department of Human Services Background Study
· Valid Driver's license and proof of auto insurance
