Residential Living Supervisor jobs in Biloxi, MS

Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC (“Foshee”) has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant at one of our Biloxi, MS area properties.

This full-time position is responsible for the day-to-day functions for a Foshee owned and/or managed properties.

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

· Respond to site visits or telephone inquiries

· Conduct site tours

· Effectively lease apartments

· Be able to prepare and explain lease-related paperwork

· Increase property traffic levels and work to exceed budgeted occupancy percentages

· Assist in collection, posting and depositing of rental payments

· Assist with ensuring the timely receipt of rental collections and evictions on delinquent residents

· Assist with day to day functions of maintaining an orderly leasing office

· Organize resident functions including parties and newsletters

· All other duties assigned by the Site Property Manager

Qualifications / Experience Necessary:

· High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· At least 1 year prior leasing experience in the multifamily industry

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Experience with OneSite preferred

· Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines

· Attention to detail and organized

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
