Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Residential Living Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Living Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. This position supervises, trains, and schedules our Direct Support Professionals. Program Supervisors also work closely with our customers to deliver superior services, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation. In addition, the role supports our customers with their health, wellness, and personal cares.
