Residential Living Supervisor supervises the work of a residential living staff. Provides training to resident assistants on proper care giving techniques. Being a Residential Living Supervisor may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. DUTIES: 1. Pick up daily work orders, prioritize, and delegate.
DUTIES: 1. Check all appliances, sinks, faucets, commodes, drapes, blinds, etc.
DUTIES: 1. Perform any necessary maintenance in office, clubroom, models, pools, etc.
DUTIES: 1. Maintain schedule of period/preventative maintenance for the property.
DUTIES: 1. Periodically inventory supplies.
DUTIES: 1. Wear company ID at all times.
